Job Title: Maintenance Helper / Assistant
Location: Phoenix, AZ (7th Street /University)
Pay Rate: $24-26/hour or more DOE
Monday-Friday 1st Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Helper/Assistant to support maintenance operations within a 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. This role will assist with equipment upkeep, basic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs
- Read and follow basic electrical schematics
- Use handheld tools to support maintenance tasks
- Help troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrical schematics
- Experience using hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred
- Welding experience a plus.
