Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety standards. This role assists with efficient loading and preparation of route trucks, boxed beef orders, and will-call orders while providing support across multiple warehouse functions as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties represent the primary responsibilities of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Assist with general warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
Help ensure the accurate and efficient loading of route trucks, boxed beef orders, and will-call orders.
Support multiple warehouse functions as needed, including:
- Receiving and unloading shipments
- Loading trucks
- Order selecting and scanning
- Stretch wrapping and palletizing
- Product put-away
- Labeling and invoicing
- Reboxing products
- Warehouse cleaning and organization
- Freezer and cooler operations
Work with Quality Assurance (QA) and accounting teams to ensure product returns are processed correctly and appropriate credits are issued.
Assist in ensuring all special product requirements are met prior to shipment.
Conduct daily inspections of powered equipment and report any potential safety concerns to management.
Assist with the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
Ensure all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed at all times.
Perform item-to-item inventory transfers as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
