Overview
Join our team as an Injection Molding Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality plastic components and products. Your primary focus will be on operating injection molding machines, ensuring safety and efficiency in all processes.
Responsibilities
- Strictly adhere to all environmental and safety policies and procedures, reporting any violations immediately. Prioritize safety in all tasks.
- Efficiently operate plastic injection molding machines to produce components.
- Trim, inspect, and ensure the quality of all parts produced.
- Package and palletize finished products for shipment.
- Consistently perform quality work within set deadlines, whether working independently or under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operating injection molding machines for production purposes.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (8-12 hours per day).
- Experience in machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining material supply.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
