Overview
Client is seeking an experienced IT PMO Project Manager to lead delivery of a Kinaxis Demand Planning implementation integrated with SAP ECC manufacturing systems. This role is best suited for a delivery-focused leader with strong enterprise platform implementation experience, product-oriented thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in Agile and Scrum environments.
The ideal candidate has recent experience leading Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning platform initiatives, understands supply chain planning processes, and can drive execution across business, IT, and vendor teams while maintaining strong PMO governance.
Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Kinaxis Demand Planning application across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value

Drive roadmap execution, feature delivery, operational readiness, and post-go-live evolution

Manage Kinaxis deployments and enhancements supporting demand planning, forecasting, supply and capacity planning, scenario modeling, and S&OP / Integrated Business Planning

Oversee integration between Kinaxis and SAP ECC, including planning data, material master data, BOMs, and manufacturing-related processes

Lead Agile and Scrum delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, SAP teams, solution architects, and system integrators to align priorities and execution

Build and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and RAID logs

Provide clear executive and PMO status reporting, risk escalation, and delivery communication

Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, governance, and operational readiness standards
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

7 years of IT project and/or product delivery management experience, preferably within a PMO

Hands-on experience delivering enterprise planning or supply chain platforms, preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse, within the last 5 years

Experience delivering solutions integrated with SAP ECC in manufacturing environments

Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments

Agile and/or Scrum certification required

PMP certification required

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models

Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, S&OP / Integrated Business Planning, and scenario-based planning

Ability to manage delivery plans, product roadmaps, backlogs, RAID, and executive communications effectively
Preferred Skills or Experience

Product delivery or product management experience in enterprise IT environments

Experience working with system integrators and SaaS vendors

Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools

Experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing operations
