Machine Maintenance Custodian
Location: South Tucson
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hr (depending on experience and interview)
Requirements: Must be US Persons, 2 years of Machine Maintenance experience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Machine Maintenance Custodian to support the upkeep and basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring machines remain clean, properly maintained, and ready for production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas

Change and monitor machine coolant/oil as needed

Perform routine upkeep to help ensure machines operate efficiently

Assist with light maintenance tasks on production equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization around machine workstations

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support the team by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and ready for use and any additional custodial needs as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance, janitorial, or facilities support preferred

Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical work throughout the shift
