Survey Department Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
This position supports the survey department by assisting with customer outreach, mail processing, and general administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound phone calls and send emails related to survey follow-ups.

Prepare and stuff envelopes for outgoing mail.

Process and mail survey materials and correspondence.

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments.

Provide general administrative support to the survey team as needed.

Basic computer skills, including email and Google Workspace

Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
