Overview
Client is seeking a contract Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of data analytics and reporting solutions. This role requires strong technical depth in SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and Apache NiFi, along with proven product ownership and project management experience.
The ideal candidate can define product direction, translate business needs into actionable technical work, lead Agile teams, and drive end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong communication, risk management, and data-governance alignment.
Core Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for data analytics and reporting solutions

Translate business requirements into technical user stories and execution plans

Lead cross-functional Agile teams through design, build, testing, release, and delivery

Manage end-to-end product delivery, including schedules, status, risks, and issue resolution

Partner with stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution

Ensure solutions comply with data-governance standards

Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer outcomes

Communicate status, risks, and opportunities clearly and consistently
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

5 years of hands-on SAP HANA experience

4 years of SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) experience

3 years of Apache NiFi experience

Strong Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product delivery experience

Experience delivering data analytics and reporting solutions

Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories

Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams

Strong project tracking, status reporting, and risk management skills

Experience working within data-governance standards
