Supervisor – Production Equipment Support
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping production running smoothly? We are looking for a Supervisor of Production Equipment Support to join our fast-paced, high-impact team in the Financial Technology industry. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of skilled technicians and mechanics, ensuring that all production equipment operates at peak efficiency while maintaining safety, quality, and throughput.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–20 production technicians to achieve operational excellence.

Monitor production workflows, ensuring equipment repairs and preventive maintenance are completed on time and on budget.

Manage parts inventory, including vendor selection and cost control, to keep production running without interruption.

Fill in for the Department Manager as needed, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and team performance.

Analyze throughput and downtime reports, providing actionable feedback to your team and senior management.

Stay ahead of emerging production technologies, bringing innovation to the department.
What We’re Looking For:

5 years operating and maintaining production equipment, with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment.

Proven experience with insertion and bindery equipment, mail processing, or similar production machinery.

Strong skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team leadership.

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Jet/IQ and Microsoft Office.

Associate’s degree or technical/trade school preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with occasional extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on production needs. This is a 100% on-site role.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
