Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing precision metal fasteners. This role involves operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring products meet specifications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate machines that produce metal fasteners (bolts, screws, specialty parts)

Load materials and remove finished products

Monitor machine performance and perform basic quality checks

Record production and report any issues

Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures
Qualifications

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good attendance and ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements

Stand for the duration of the shift

Lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
