Warehouse Associate
Pay: $17/hr DOE
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: South Tucson
Requirements: Must be US Persons, Computer knowledge, ERP System experience.
We are seeking warehouse associate(s) that will be able to track inventory, receive parts, ship parts and issue parts as kits to the manufacturing plants located in Tucson, AZ. The company manufactures advanced technological products that are used in all important industries.
Responsibilities:
- Accept, count, and virtually receive shipments and documentation into ERP SYSTEM
- Physically label all inventory at receiving and in stock room with part number, rev, and purchase order or job order number to maintain physical traceability
- Stow inventory physically and virtually assign bin ID in ERP SYSTEM
- (Kit) Pull & Issue inventory physically and virtually in ERP SYSTEM
- Use ERP SYSTEM to problem solve & research inventory discrepancies
- Continuously cycle count inventory to 100% accuracy, advise on any discrepancies, and work with management team to correct
- Maintain and send Receiving Report
- Maintain and send Kitting Report
- Maintain and send Inventory Report
- Package items for stock and for shipment as needed
- Generate shipping documents and create UPS/Fedex labels as needed
- Double check all work to prevent errors
- Flexibility to work with planning and management to complete urgent tasks based on business needs, i.e. support shipping & packaging
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Team Player
- Multitask as needed
- Needs to comply with overtime needs.
- Clean driving record and must be able to drive between buildings to move material as needed
- Able to become certified forklift operator
- Adhere to safety requirements
- Must have Microsoft Excel background and email etiquette
