Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers / Finishers to support operations across construction, warehouse, manufacturing, and facility maintenance environments. This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, machinery, and physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:

Assist with construction projects by carrying materials and supporting crews on-site

Perform maintenance tasks including equipment repairs, inspections, and general facility upkeep

Support warehouse operations including inventory handling, loading, and unloading shipments

Operate machinery and assist with product assembly in a manufacturing environment

Maintain clean and sanitary indoor workspaces through janitorial and cleaning duties
-
Grind and finish metal parts to remove defects, smooth welds, and shape materials using hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, etc.)

Inspect, deburr, and polish surfaces to ensure parts meet quality standards

Prepare finished components for painting, packaging, or shipping

Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the shift

Experience with hand tools, grinders, sanders, or similar equipment preferred

Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and read basic work orders or blueprints (preferred)

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Previous experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or maintenance is a plus
