Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production operations by ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.
Position Details
Location: Frankfort, KY
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $28 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: will be trained on 1st shift 7am-3pm, permanent schedule: 3PM-11PM
Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment

Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on equipment

Complete emergency and scheduled repairs during production

Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders

Replace worn parts and adjust machinery for proper operation

Perform basic machinist and facility maintenance duties

Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation

Occasionally assist production operators during breaks
Qualifications

Associate’s degree or technical training in Industrial/Mechanical Maintenance preferred

Experience working with 480V, 220V, and 110V electrical systems

Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Familiar with Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
