Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Training: Initial training will take place on 1st and 2nd shifts
Position Overview
This is a direct hire opportunity! The Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify root causes.
- Install, test, and repair electrical components and wiring.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
- Experience working with industrial equipment and electrical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 4% shift premium for afternoon shift
