Nesco Resource is hiring Production Workers for a growing lumber and pallet manufacturing company. This is a steady, hands-on role with a consistent schedule and long weekends every week.
Pay:
$16.00/hour
$60 weekly bonus for working 40 hours
Schedule:
Monday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Three-day weekends every week (Friday–Sunday off)
Job Duties:
- Cut lumber and assemble pallets
- Stack, band, and tag finished products
- Perform basic quality checks
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Reliable and able to work a physical job
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and repetitive work
- Manufacturing, construction, or labor experience preferred
