Machine Operator – Night Shift
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Schedule)
Pay: $28.00/hour with Shift Differential
Job Overview
We are currently seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating and monitoring production equipment, checking parts for quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate production equipment for scheduled manufacturing runs

Load materials into machines and monitor production output

Inspect parts during production to ensure quality standards are met

Use measuring tools such as rulers, gauges, or calipers as needed

Record production information and quality checks

Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with machine adjustments and product changeovers when needed

Work with team members to maintain smooth production flow
Qualifications

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment

Ability to follow written instructions and work orders

Basic math and measurement skills

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
