Position Summary
The Eligibility Specialist is responsible for reviewing applications for public assistance programs and determining applicant eligibility. This role involves conducting interactive interviews, gathering and verifying information, and ensuring all application documentation is accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities

Review applications for public assistance programs

Conduct interviews with applicants to gather required information

Verify application details and supporting documentation for accuracy

Ensure forms are completed correctly and meet program requirements

Follow up with applicants when additional information is needed

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the eligibility process
Training & Conversion

7 weeks of in-person training required

Opportunity for conversion to full-time employment after training
Requirements

Must be able to start March 30, 2026

Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Phoenix
