Job Title: Office Support Clerk (Temporary Project)
Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 1 Month Contract
Pay: 17.50/hr

Our client is seeking temporary Office Support Clerks to assist with a high-volume quarterly mailing project. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
Assemble quarterly client statement packages according to assigned client numbers
Prepare packages for distribution, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Work with documents such as tax notices, employee W-2 and 1099 forms, and other reports
Operate office equipment including mail meters, shipping systems, PCs, and label printers
Ensure packages are prepared and processed according to production and quality timelines
Maintain an organized work area while handling confidential documents

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with accuracy
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production-style office environment
Basic computer and office equipment skills preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents
