Job Overview:
We are hiring Dock Laborers / Lumpers for a temporary assignment unloading trucks in a warehouse environment. This position involves hand unloading floor-loaded trucks, sorting product, and staging materials for warehouse distribution. The role is fast-paced and requires strong physical stamina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually unload trucks that are floor loaded (not palletized)
- Lift and move product weighing 35–75 lbs
- Sort and stage materials in designated areas
- Use a manual pallet jack as needed
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced dock environment
- Follow warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to lift 35–75 lbs repeatedly
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing manual labor and truck unloading
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
