Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Schedule:

  • Remote: Monday & Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Onsite: Tuesday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (World Headquarters)

Position Overview

The Customer Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing high-quality service and support while ensuring timely resolution of issues. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive effective solutions and improve customer experience.

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Identify and support process improvements that enhance service delivery.

  • Handle incoming telephone calls, assisting callers directly or routing them to the appropriate contact.


Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with SAP.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
