Location: Youngstown, OH
Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Overtime Required)
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Burn Table Supervisor to oversee second-shift burn table operations at our Youngstown facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate production, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting team members on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily burn table operations
- Perform and verify all required production measurements and calculations
- Assist team members with job-related math and layout calculations
- Ensure quality standards and production deadlines are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Strong math skills (must be able to complete and verify calculations independently)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with good attendance
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
