Metal Shop Laborer – Direct Hire
$20.00–$27.00/hr DOE
Seeking a Metal Shop Laborer to support daily production operations. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various shop duties across departments
Support operation of the following equipment:
Amada Laser
Amada Turret Punch Press
Amada Press Brake
PEM Machine
CNC Lathe
CNC Mill
Perform metal finishing, including grinding and sanding to paint-quality standards
Operate Timesaver wide belt sander, stroke sander, and tumble finishing equipment
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Prior metal shop or manufacturing experience
Experience with metal finishing processes
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Flexible and dependable with strong work ethic
