Job Responsibilities
- Repair and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of facility production equipment and facility building needs.
- Under the lead of experienced Machine Maintenance Technicians, learn to troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment.
- Coordinate the efforts of the machine operators and maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with the established maintenance program.
- Adhere to the General Requirements of Team Members.
- General facility maintenance and upkeep, including painting and taping.
- Support the safety initiatives of the company in regard to equipment, machines, and facility safety.
Position Requirements
- Experience using hand soldering and wiring tools.
- Ability to fulfill scheduled and unscheduled overtime requirements to maintain factory uptime.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work with database management software.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) to (3) three years experience in equipment maintenance strongly preferred
