Job Title: Assembly Associate

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Elyria, Ohio. This position involves assembling small components while following detailed instructions and maintaining quality standards in a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Assemble small components accurately to fulfill customer orders

Follow detailed instructions and production guidelines

Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production goals

Work independently while staying on task

Keep work area clean and organized
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay:
Starting at $16.00/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Qualifications:

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to work with small parts for extended periods

Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Dependable with good attendance
