Job Title: Machine Operator / Production Associate

Job Description:
Nesco Resource is hiring on behalf of a customer in Elyria for a Machine Operator / Production Associate position. This role involves performing repetitive manufacturing processes and operating a variety of machines in a production environment. Pay & Shift:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (based on experience)

• Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Overtime: As needed

• Potential for pay increases

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive production processes throughout the shift.

• Operate and assist with various machines including drilling, milling, hand lathe, CNC, drill/grind, deburring, broaching, stamping, and threading equipment.

• Handle parts that may require washing or cleaning processes.

• Work with materials that may involve oil, coolant, and metal chips.

• Stand and/or sit for extended periods during a 10-hour shift.

• Perform manual processes that may require physical effort or precision work.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow detailed instructions.

• Comfortable working in a production environment with oils, coolants, and metal chips.

• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and efficiently.
