Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and arc welding, along with cutting and grinding, in a safe manner
- Repair, modify, and fit metal parts to meet production specifications
- Read blueprints and production orders to complete jobs accurately
- Measure, position, and clamp components prior to welding
- Maintain materials, equipment readiness, and clear communication with supervisors
- Follow safety protocols, assist as needed, and maintain clean work areas
- Perform any and all safety related duties as required by management
Skills/Qualifications
- Experienced with MIG welding processes
- Indoor and outdoor work year round
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
- High School diploma or equivalent
Pat Rate: $18 an hour
