Location: Greater Houston Area (Onsite)
Compensation: $150K–$180K Base
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead and scale a growing industrial repair and manufacturing facility in the Houston area. This role will oversee full site operations, including safety, quality, delivery, culture, and financial performance.
The facility is entering a significant growth phase with aggressive revenue targets over the next several years. The ideal candidate has experience scaling operations, implementing Lean/5S initiatives, and driving cultural transformation within a shop environment.
Responsibilities:

Own full site P&L and operational performance

Lead and develop a team of 50 employees with planned growth

Drive continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives

Establish KPIs and ensure profitability and operational discipline

Provide technical oversight for API-style rotating equipment
Qualifications:

5 years of leadership experience within turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or heavy industrial repair

Proven experience scaling operations and managing growth

Strong P&L ownership

Hands-on leadership style in a shop environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Full-time onsite role in an industrial environment.
