Creative Content & Brand Designer

Social Media / Graphic Design

Are you a high-energy creative who loves blending design, social media, video, and branding into work that actually gets noticed?

We're looking for a hands-on marketing creative who can think strategically, move quickly, and execute beautifully. In this role, you'll help define how our brand shows up across digital platforms, physical spaces, and everything in between. If you're proactive, adaptable, and excited to bring ideas to life from concept through launch — we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Capture photo and video content at offices, retail locations, and events (travel required)

  • Create, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions

  • Experiment with trends, formats, and creative concepts to drive engagement

  • Track performance metrics and optimize future content

Design & Brand Execution

  • Design digital and print marketing materials (brochures, presentations, dashboards, catalogs, signage)

  • Support website and web/mobile application design projects

  • Create branding elements including logos and campaign visuals

  • Maintain visual consistency across all channels

  • Organize and manage creative asset libraries

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Lead projects from idea through final execution

  • Present concepts to stakeholders and refine based on feedback

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives

  • Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 1–4 years in graphic design, social media, content creation, or related creative role

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar (or equivalent experience)

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Canva and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)

  • Figma and familiarity with UX/UI principles

  • Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

  • Project management platforms (Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Asana)

  • Comfortable on both Mac and PC

Who You Are

  • Self-starter who takes initiative without being asked

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in evolving environments

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual quality

  • Comfortable behind and in front of the camera

  • Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Ability to work at a desk/computer for extended periods

  • Ability to stand for long periods during shoots/events

  • Frequent travel to company and client locations

If you're excited about shaping brand experiences across digital and physical spaces — and want your creativity to have real impact — apply today.
