About the Role
.As a Tank Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing process running safely and smoothly This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following clear processes, and taking pride in clean, safe production. You'll work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are key.
 

What You'll Do
  • Clean, wash, and sterilize production tanks using water and steam systems
  • Operate production equipment, including startups, minor adjustments, and quality checks
  • Follow established procedures (SOPs and GMPs) to ensure safe, compliant production
  • Complete accurate documentation and production records
  • Monitor basic production data using computer systems and print reports as needed
  • Use hand tools and apply basic mechanical skills to support equipment operation
  • Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Work safely around steam, cleaning chemicals, and pressurized systems
  • Wear required PPE and work in a wet production environment

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (science-related education is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working around steam, cleaning chemicals, and pressurized equipment
Experience with aseptic processes, GMPs, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.
