About the Role

You'll work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are key.
- Clean, wash, and sterilize production tanks using water and steam systems
- Operate production equipment, including startups, minor adjustments, and quality checks
- Follow established procedures (SOPs and GMPs) to ensure safe, compliant production
- Complete accurate documentation and production records
- Monitor basic production data using computer systems and print reports as needed
- Use hand tools and apply basic mechanical skills to support equipment operation
- Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Work safely around steam, cleaning chemicals, and pressurized systems
- Wear required PPE and work in a wet production environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent (science-related education is a plus)
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working around steam, cleaning chemicals, and pressurized equipment
