Administrative Support Specialist – Hybrid
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Start in-office for training, then hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 days remote)
Training: 4 weeks in-office
Job Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist will manage the unit’s email, process incoming applications from AzEIP service providers, and assign applications and supporting documents to eligibility specialists for determination. This role is fully electronic and requires proficiency in Google Workspace tools to ensure accurate and efficient application processing.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the unit’s email and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Process incoming applications and supporting documents from service providers

Assign applications to eligibility specialists for eligibility determination

Maintain accurate electronic records using Google Workspace tools, including Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Sheets

Utilize Adobe Acrobat or other tools to review and process electronic documents

Support the team in administrative tasks and document management as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma required; additional education a plus

Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience

Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets)

Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and office software

Human services experience is a plus

Work Environment
This position operates exclusively in an electronic environment, processing and managing applications digitally. After the initial training period, the role offers a hybrid schedule to allow for remote work.
