Logistics Technician/Warehouse and Material Handling

We are currently hiring Logistics Associates for a growing manufacturing operation in Fairport, NY. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting production, logistics, and facility operations in a clean, team-oriented environment.
Available Shifts
A Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
B Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Training conducted on B Shift)

Position Overview
This role supports daily production operations through administrative tasks, material movement, sanitation, and logistics coordination. You’ll work closely with manufacturing teams, utilize plant systems, and help ensure a clean and organized production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow detailed work instructions to support production operations
Move materials and complete transactions within production systems
Prepare materials for manufacturing and logistical use
Perform building sanitation and maintain a clean workspace
Utilize systems such as document control and manufacturing execution systems
Pick materials using Vertical Lift Modules (VLM) and mobile racking
Operate manual pallet jacks and material carts safely
Conduct van runs between Fairport buildings (valid driver’s license required)
Assist with training others as needed
Work Environment
Cleanroom environment (PPE required: safety shoes, safety glasses, frock, gloves, facemask, etc.)
Light lifting regularly (up to 5 lbs), occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
Rare lifting up to 25 lbs
Minimal exposure to environmental hazards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of work experience preferred
Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is helpful
SAP experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. Citizen or U.S. National)
