We are seeking a Controller to lead financial reporting, oversee the accounting team, and partner with operations to drive cost control, margin improvement, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own month-end close and financial reporting
- Lead Accounting, AP, and AR teams
- Oversee audits and internal controls
- Partner with operations on cost and margin analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 8 years of accounting/finance experience
- 3 years in leadership
- Manufacturing and cost accounting experience
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
