Operates powered industrial vehicles Controls storage of material, Receives inbound material including bulk tankers and inspects incoming products Completes cycle counts and record inventories or products and freezer/cooler and warehouse locations Replenishes production work stations Utilized radio frequency transmitters Assists Quality Assurance in obtaining product samples and conduct I-button studies as appropriate Operates Richs SAP inventory system and completes appropriate paperwork Performs any other related miscellaneous duties assigned by Team Leader or Group Leader Maintains work areas in a safe and orderly fashion according to GMP and safety guidelines May assist in technical training of other associates Must participate in safety training and regularly scheduled 6S audits
Skills/Experience:
Basic communication in English Able to handle repetitious tasks Able to lift up to 50lbs Able to work under temperature (45 - 105 deg F) Able to stand on feet for a duration of up t 1o3 hours. Able to handle a moderate degree of physical activity including, frequent walking, bending and reaching Will work in a temperature controlled environment from -30 to 176F and at heights of up to 35 ft. to re-stack pallets. Ability to operate material handling equipment: Highlifts, Forklifts and Pallet Jacks, PC Terminal , Pallet Labeler, Shrink Wrappers, Dock Plates, Freezer Door, Battery Chargers, Bailer, Scrubber
