Position Overview

This role plays a critical part in supporting the growth of Engineering and Information Technology teams by leading full-cycle recruitment efforts and driving strategic talent initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver high-impact hiring solutions aligned with company objectives.

This position requires a proactive, consultative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and leverages data to drive recruiting strategy and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned requisitions.

  • Successfully hire talent within critical Engineering and/or Information Technology functions.

  • Support high-volume recruiting initiatives while maintaining quality of hire.

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Lead through a consultative, sales-driven approach to influence hiring decisions and talent planning.

  • Define and build talent programs that proactively support business needs.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Contribute ideas to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.

  • Continuously evaluate recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and value delivery.

  • Share knowledge and collaborate within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.

Data & Performance Management

  • Foster a data-driven recruiting approach by leveraging metrics and hiring trends to drive results.

  • Gather, analyze, and present recruitment data to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Ownership & Professional Excellence

  • Demonstrate accountability, discipline, and ownership in daily work.

  • Approach recruiting with integrity, customer focus, and a commitment to continuous development.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level, preferably within a corporate environment.

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment efforts.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, firmware) as well as Project Management and Product Management positions highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build stakeholder buy-in.

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and present recruiting data effectively.

  • Ability to perform successfully in a highly transformative, fast-paced growth environment.
