Position Overview
Responsible for all aspects of property maintenance across managed and owned properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with building standards.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations

Build positive tenant relationships through responsive, efficient service

Address building rule violations and communicate concerns to Property Manager/Director
Property Maintenance & Operations
-
Operate and maintain building systems for safety, comfort, and performance
-
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems

Conduct weekly property walk-throughs, documenting conditions and identifying safety concerns
-
Complete repairs within scope of expertise and budget guidelines
-
Maintain detailed records and submit weekly inspection checklists

Utilize web-based work order systems

Ensure clean, professional appearance of buildings and grounds (parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, landscaping)
Vendor Coordination

Supervise contractors and vendors during system work and tenant alterations
-
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building standards and contracts
Service & Emergency Response
-
Respond to day-to-day service requests and tenant follow-ups

Handle emergency maintenance issues as needed

Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications & Skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills
Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. daily

Valid driver's license
-
No prior felony or misdemeanor convictions
