Position Overview

This role plays a critical part in supporting the growth of the Engineering and/or Information Technology organizations. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment while helping build scalable talent strategies, processes, and technology that drive long-term organizational success.

This position requires a consultative, data-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.

  • Demonstrate proven success hiring within Engineering and/or Information Technology functions.

  • Support high-volume recruiting initiatives while maintaining quality and stakeholder experience.

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leadership on recruiting strategy.

  • Define and build talent programs that align with business needs and long-term growth goals.

  • Lead recruiting efforts using a consultative, sales-oriented approach.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.

  • Share innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement across recruiting workflows.

  • Examine processes with a focus on delivering increasing value to internal customers.

  • Contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing within the TA and HR organizations.

Data & Metrics

  • Foster a data-driven recruiting approach by leveraging metrics and trends.

  • Gather, analyze, and present recruiting data to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Professional Ownership

  • Demonstrate ethics, responsibility, discipline, and accountability in daily work.

  • Manage workload independently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level (corporate environment preferred).

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting for:

    • Mechanical Engineers

    • Electrical Engineers

    • Firmware Engineers

    • Project Managers

    • Product Managers

  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and create stakeholder buy-in.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present recruiting data to diverse audiences.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, transformational growth environment.
