Pick/Pack Associate
Responsibilities:
- Support production operations by preparing items for the main line workers.
- Assemble boxes, apply labels, and organize materials for efficient workflow.
- Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications.
- Balance speed and accuracy to meet daily productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist with other warehouse or fulfillment tasks as needed during peak season.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Standard pick/pack experience and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
