A 24/7 operations center in Tulsa is hiring Overnight Dispatchers to monitor alarm signals and respond to emergency alerts from homes and businesses across the United States.

This role is ideal for individuals who are calm under pressure, highly attentive, and comfortable managing multiple computer systems while responding to urgent situations.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor incoming alarm signals and alerts
• Make outbound calls to verify alarm activity
• Dispatch emergency services when needed
• Document events and actions accurately
• Follow structured dispatch procedures and response protocols
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment testing
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
