Overview
Client is seeking a travel-based Deployment Technician to support a Facility Tech Refresh project in hospital environments. You will deploy iPhones at customer sites, help prepare equipment, troubleshoot issues, and inventory legacy devices. This role requires full commitment to a set deployment schedule and frequent travel.
Core Responsibilities

Deploy iPhones onsite at hospital customer locations (prep, setup, validation)

Support deployment preparation and onsite hardware setup activities

Identify and troubleshoot deployment issues; escalate through the Team Lead as needed

Inventory and document legacy/returned devices and deployment assets

Follow Team Lead direction and chain-of-command for process questions

Maintain strong professionalism, punctuality, and quality standards at high-profile client sites
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Basic knowledge of iPhone / iOS

Experience deploying end-user devices (device rollouts / refreshes / staging)

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (tracking logs, inventory lists)

Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism; fluent in English

Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements (flu vaccine, drug screen, background check, TB test, etc.)

Physical requirements: stand/walk/squat for long hours; lift up to 50 lbs

Prior experience working onsite in hospitals or healthcare environments

Term: ~4 months (deployment weeks only; gaps between deployments are not compensated)

Deployment schedule weeks: 3/30, 4/27, 5/11, 6/1, 6/15, 6/29, 9/7, 9/21, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9

Travel: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas

Typical travel cadence: travel Sunday, onsite Monday morning, return Friday (may vary by site)

Client books travel and accommodations; other travel costs reimbursed per travel policy; $50 per diem for full workdays

May require after-hours and weekend work as needed
