Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Quality Lead to drive end-to-end quality execution for a large transformational software initiative. This role leads QA planning, testing execution, and quality reporting while partnering closely with development teams and business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality release.
Core Responsibilities

Lead QA activities for a large transformation program; oversee QA leads/resources as needed

Own requirements review, test planning, test case/script preparation, execution, and results recap

Manage QA resourcing, estimates/forecasts, and coordination with shared testing services

Drive requirements traceability, test coverage, and quality metrics reporting

Run defect/test result triage and coordinate remediation efforts across teams

Identify workflow/UI gaps and proactively escalate quality and delivery risks

Partner with Tech Lead, PM, Client, and Lines of Business in grooming and status forums
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3 years of Quality Assurance experience with demonstrated leadership

Strong test planning and execution experience, including test documentation and reporting

Proven ownership of traceability and test coverage practices

Experience leading defect triage and managing quality risk

Ability to work effectively across Development, QA, and business/LOB stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills

Strong analytical skills to assess and report on quality metrics and project health

Experience with risk-based testing and prioritizing coverage by impact/importance
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience

Understanding of test automation coverage and how to guide exploratory testing to close gaps

Process optimization mindset (identify low-value tests/tasks, improve efficiency)

Rapid ramp-up on application/domain knowledge and customer experience considerations
