Overview:
NESCO Resource is seeking a reliable Machine Operator / Production Associate for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves basic hand grinding, machine operation, inspection, and light bench assembly of small parts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to follow directions, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:

Perform basic hand grinding, machine operation, and part inspection

Complete light bench assembly on small components

Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards

Work efficiently to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:

At least 1 year of machine operation or manufacturing experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift

Comfortable working overtime as needed
Pay & Schedule:
$15.00/hour
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime until 4:00–4:30 PM during the week and occasional Saturdays).
