Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Analyst to support and enhance Oracle EPM/Hyperion applications (HFM, Planning, Essbase) and an Oracle Global Data Warehouse that drives consistent financial reporting and analytics. This role partners with business teams, coordinates offshore support, resolves production issues, and leads small-to-mid projects and process improvements.
Core Responsibilities

Provide functional/technical support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, and Essbase.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues; coordinate with infrastructure and application support teams.

Coordinate and lead offshore teams to deliver reliable support and timely resolution.

Support an Oracle Data Warehouse used across Oracle/Hyperion/SQL Server/Power BI reporting and analytics.

Lead small-to-mid projects end-to-end: requirements, schedules, budget tracking, risk management, and stakeholder updates.

Drive process improvements and participate in upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions.

Assist in supporting the Orbit reporting tool.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

5 years of IT experience

2 years of experience supporting Hyperion applications

Strong SQL skills (writing and executing queries)

Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers, vendors, and IT teams

Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience

Data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data security

Oracle ERP exposure (Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Req-to-Pay)

Oracle EPM tools: FDMEE, Smart View

Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, Linux
