Order Expeditor
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Expeditor to support daily operations between our office and warehouse. This role is a blend of administrative coordination and hands-on warehouse support, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Approximately 70% of the role will involve administrative/computer-based tasks, with 30% spent in the warehouse verifying products and documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders

Review and verify product quantities and paperwork in the warehouse

Coordinate between office and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy

Read and interpret blueprints to confirm order specifications

Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications

Strong computer and administrative skills

Ability to work comfortably in both office and warehouse environments

General construction knowledge

Warehouse experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints

Experience in the window industry is a plus
