Production Worker – Mattress Manufacturing
Join our team and help create high-quality mattresses that customers can count on for comfort and durability. As a Production Worker, you’ll be a key part of our manufacturing process, working hands-on with materials and machinery to bring our products to life.
What You’ll Do:

Assemble and build mattresses by operating tools, equipment, and machinery

Cut, measure, and handle foam, springs, and fabrics with precision

Safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and finished mattresses (up to 75 lbs)

Perform quality checks to ensure every mattress meets company standards

Work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

Contribute to a culture of teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work on your feet for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks

Willingness to work flexible 10-hour shifts with overtime as needed
