Job Title: Financial Operations / Sales Support Analyst

Position Overview
This role supports financial and sales operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The individual will work from a shared mailbox, partnering closely with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to manage requests, provide timely updates, and ensure a high level of accuracy and compliance. Attention to detail and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Work in a team environment managing requests through a shared mailbox, supporting Sales teams and internal partners.

Communicate regularly with Sales to provide status updates and ensure timely completion of requests.

Assist with monthly financial requests from vendors, including:

Compiling data for external audits

Downloading and validating data from partner portals

Perform daily data entry of deviated agreement information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required SLAs.

Assist with running and compiling monthly invoices and usage reports.

Ensure all work meets audit controls, accuracy standards, and internal compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in financial operations, sales support, or a related role.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Access.

4 years of experience in the field or a related area.

Familiarity with standard financial, operational, or administrative procedures.

Ability to work under general supervision while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks with a degree of creativity and independence.
