Data Coordination Specialist

Position Overview

The Pricing & Data Coordination Specialist is responsible for gathering, validating, and submitting distributor pricing and availability data across multiple brands, distributors, and states. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage large datasets while meeting tight deadlines. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Coordination

• Collaborate with sales partners to gather distributor pricing and availability data by brand/sub-brand, distributor, and state.

• Follow up consistently with state managers, RSBMs, and pricing teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Escalate any data concerns or timing risks promptly to the appropriate pricing lead.

Data Entry & System Management

• Work offline in Excel as needed and transfer finalized data into the iSupply platform.

• Maintain consistent formatting and naming conventions across datasets.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data prior to submission.

• Flag any missing, conflicting, or unclear data immediately.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work directly with state and pricing teams for clarification and additional support.

• Coordinate with the iSupply team regarding platform entry questions or system-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and high-volume data entry experience.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written communication skills with consistent and proactive follow-up.

• Experience with pricing, distributor data, or enterprise platforms preferred.

• Available to start immediately.
