Duties:
• Uses basic mechanics' tool set, ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and channel locks. • Uses tape measure, and manual and digital calipers. • Checks parts using appropriate gauges. • Changes out machine parts to achieve proper operation and configuration.
Skills:
•Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted • Able to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted. • Able to able to use ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, hammers, screwdrivers and channel locks. • Must be able to push 50 pounds on conveyor system • Constant/Frequent Standing • Frequent kneeling/crawling/stooping
