Job Title: Manufacturing Associate – Testing & Assembly
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate – Testing & Assembly to join a structured manufacturing team in a clean, sterile production environment. This position is responsible for performing leak testing and related production tasks to ensure product quality and compliance with strict standards.
Candidates with mechanical or manufacturing experience are preferred; however, entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail and reliability are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Perform leak testing and quality verification on small components

Work within designated production stations, including:

Electric Testing
-
Rotor Table
-
DT Bonds
-
General Production
-
-
Follow detailed testing procedures and quality standards
-
Complete production tracking and sign/date-stamp documentation

Maintain consistent workflow with minimal downtime

Cross-train across stations as needed
-
Adhere to all sterile environment and safety protocols
Candidate Qualifications

Mechanical or manufacturing background preferred

Entry-level candidates welcome

Comfortable performing repetitive motions and sitting for extended periods

Ability to handle and inspect small parts

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Comfortable with basic clerical/production documentation

Soldering experience is a plus
