Job Title: Production Associate (Night Shift)
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Position Overview
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a manufacturing team in a clean, structured production environment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical or manufacturing experience, though entry-level candidates with strong work ethic and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
The Production Associate will be responsible for supporting various workstations within a steady, team-based production setting. This is a night shift position and requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Perform assembly and production tasks involving small parts

Operate within designated production stations including:

Electric Testing

Rotor Table

DT Bonds

General Production

Maintain consistent quality standards and attention to detail

Complete production tracking, sign/date stamping, and basic clerical documentation

Follow strict sterile environment protocols

Cross-train across multiple stations as needed

Maintain steady workflow with minimal downtime
Candidate Qualifications

Mechanical or manufacturing background preferred

Entry-level candidates welcome

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and sitting for extended periods

Ability to work with small components

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Comfortable completing clerical/production tracking tasks

Soldering experience is a plus
