Press Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Cohoes, NY – 18 New Courtland Street
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

We are looking for a skilled Press Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work. If you have strong experience with printing presses and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a consistent schedule and long weekends.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain printing press equipment to produce customer labels
- Monitor production and perform visual quality checks to ensure top standards
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Load and set up materials, including paper rolls, shafts, and inks
- Adjust press settings to maintain color accuracy, registration, and consistency
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain press components, tooling, and gears
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Support additional production needs as required
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of flexographic or similar printing press experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with machinery, tools, and basic computer systems
- Solid math and measurement skills
- High attention to detail, especially with color accuracy
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing
