Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (DOE)

If you enjoy precision work such as crafting, nail artistry, jewelry making, beauty services, or fine manufacturing, this opportunity may be a great fit. We are seeking a Grinding Technician to shape and smooth acrylic components of orthodontic appliances, ensuring comfort, functionality, and quality according to lab and doctor specifications.
This role offers consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, a clean lab environment, and strong potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities

Shape and smooth acrylic components of orthodontic appliances, including trimming, polishing, refining, and finishing details

Operate high-speed handheld finishing tools to refine and polish appliances

Inspect work to identify defects according to workmanship standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Record production data and track progress

Collaborate with team members and departments to meet production goals

Complete approximately 10–20 production points per day

Perform additional duties as assigned
Ideal Background (Helpful but Not Required)

Dental lab, orthodontic, or medical device manufacturing experience

Nail technicians, beauty professionals, jewelry makers, artists, or crafters

Manufacturing, polishing, finishing, or detailed assembly experience

Any role requiring precision, patience, and strong attention to detail
Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Ability to read job orders, specifications, and small print

Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools

Ability to work seated for extended periods

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience using handheld tools, grinding equipment, steam machines, or Dremel tools is helpful
